A targeted ad campaign with the intention of relating Starbucks Via Packets to the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of this campaign was to reassure customers that they could still enjoy Starbucks coffee products in the safety of their homes during the quarantine period. The campaign focused on web and magazine advertisement under the assumption that most people would be reached by these ads within their home setting.
